Greetings! The Columbia River is the place to be for Spring Salmon. This is the best Springer opportunity in years. The River is clear and the fish are here. The season will run until the end of April so if you want to catch the "cotton candy" of Salmon, NOW IS THE TIME. Trolling cut plug herring, Quick-Fish,Spinners, Spin-glow, wigglers, wobblers or eggs. Fish the way you feel best and put the hurt on these awesome eating Salmon. Sturgeon in the Columbia is slow at best. The Keeper size fish have been tough to find. Don't worry too much as the Sturgeon bite will pick up in the next couple weeks. Make time to enjoy this opportunity- Be Safe and catch lots of fish. -Dan Ponciano
