The reservoir is 53 percent full with an elevation of 1,947.7 ft.
Developed recreation sites and trailheads around Applegate Lake managed by the US Army Corps and USFS are currently closed through executive orders during the COVID 19 pandemic. For more information, visit their websites.
Fishing is still possible. French Gulch Boat ramp is still open. All visitors should practice leave no trace tactics and pack out their own trash as facilities are closed.
