The emergency regulations for Howard Prairie are no longer in effect, and have returned to zone regulations as of Oct. 1.  The reservoir is still extremely low and no boat ramps are currently accessible, but ODFW is working at installing gravel to improve low water access at the dam. When this is complete, there will be a note in the recreation report.

Due to the Grizzly Creek Wildfire and extremely low water. All campgrounds and facilities are currently closed until further notice.

The reservoir is 7 percent full. This is the lowest that any current ODFW staff can remember seeing it
