Fall River

Native and hatchery trout and a few migratory Deschutes Browns call the Fall home.  Mahogany duns, BWOs, midges, and a few caddis are prominent.  Attractor patterns can be good too.  Swinging small wooly buggers can get you a 20+" fish.  Make sure you check out "The Tubes," the hatchery area, and around the campground.  Stealthy fishermen do the best.  THE PORTION OF THE RIVER BELOW THE FALLS IS CLOSED UNTIL JUNE 2008!!

DRIES: BWO cripple, Mahogany Sparkle Dun, CDC caddis, Coachman, Purple haze.

NYMPHS: Sparkle Pupa, #20 red and black midge patterns, hares ear, psycho prince.
