Winter Steelhead fishing here in Southern Oregon has still been going strong!!! Whether you like to use conventional gear or fly fishing gear, both techniques have been working really good!! We will be fishing for Winter Steelhead until the third week of April. There has already been a few Spring Chinook caught on the Rogue and Umpqua river, so get ready, cause they are on the way!!!! We will start fishing for Spring Chinook the last week of April, May, June and July. For information, please contact us.

Photo Caption: This is the largest Winter Steelhead I have caught on a Fly Rod on the North Umpqua, we estimated it at 17lbs. We landed 4 other steelhead as well!!
