Carson's Guide Service has just ended this year's Winter Steelhead Season. It was a good season with some rough spots due to wet and cold winter days, but the fish were there and we did pretty good. Spring Chinook season is here and Chinook salmon are starting to show up here on the Upper Rogue River! Definitely looking forward to fishing in warm Spring weather! If you would like to get on the river, please give us a call or e-mail for details

Salmon Fishing the mouth of the Rogue River/Gold Beach Oregon

Carson's Guide Service will be moving to Gold Beach, Oregon to fish the mouth of the Rogue River starting July 12th. We troll the Bay for fresh, bright Chinook salmon, coming straight out of the salt water to head upriver. Dates are available at this time if you are planning of visiting Southern Oregon Coast, let us know!

Fall Salmon Fishing on the Lower Rogue River

Carson's Guide Service will be heading upriver from the mouth of the Rogue River, starting the last week of August. We will fish for migrating Fall Chinook in the river system. Due to availability of accommodations, booking early is definitely in your favor. We only have a few dates left if you are wanting to get away to beautiful, relaxing country to fish for salmon on the Lower Rogue River.
