Another beautiful day on Detroit Lake today. Thank you so much Jim & Dawn for fishing with me today, you both were a lot of fun, I had a blast. We may not have knocked it out of the park, but you did get a nice size trout for your dinner plate. The kokanee were very difficult and did not want to bite anything we put into the water. I will not let this dampen my spirits, it only makes me work harder to be a better Kokanee fisherman. Once again the kokaneekid green super mysis caught the eye of the big trout.......Remember: The worst day fishing is better than the best day at work !......
