Thief Valley Reservoir is now ice-free, and both boat and shore anglers have been fishing at the reservoir. However, catch rates have been slow. The reservoir drained significantly last year, and there may not be many fish that survived through the fall and winter. The reservoir will be stocked in mid-April.
