Good morning all. Finally got back out onto Detroit Lake yesterday. The day was perfect with some clouds, some rainy moments, slight breeze and a wonderful sun on and off. The fishing was also pretty good. We caught some nice 12-14 inch kokanee. Mostly caught at 30 feet with a 40 foot set back at .08 mph. The lures most active were the kokaneekid pink hoochie ( no surprise there!!!) and the PPE mysis. Garlic with tuna was the most hit bait. Thank you Scott and Bob for fishing with me and cleaning your own fish. Really liked seeing the rainbow on the lake too. I have several dates available on my schedule from April on. ALL veterans $100.00/ person, seniors (65 and older) $100.00 / person. Ages 13-64 $150.00/ person. Children 12 and under free with paying adult.
