We got almost all of our Rockfish today with the Lingcod bite picking back up.  The water is finally starting to warm just enough for the Lings to start biting again.  It was a beautiful ocean with a nice partly cloudy day.  The picture above is a rare double Lingcod on a Lancer jighead and a shrimp fly.  We get many doubles with Hitchhikers(when a Big Ling latches onto another Ling) but it's not very often you see 2 lingcod biting on 2 entirely different lures.  This tells us the toothy critters are returning to form!  

Crabbing was a little disappointing today with 1 to 2 per crabber off of many previous trips averaging 4 per person.
