The Bottom Fishing and Crabbing has been Terrific but Salmon not so much.  We have been doing really well on the Fishing and Crabbing trips but we are calling Salmon for the year.  We just can't take folks out and strain water without getting your fish.  There is nothing worse than putting the rods in the holders and not getting much action.  It says alot when our Salmon Quota was 110K in 2023 and 80K in 2024.  This year was only 44K.  The earlier season was OK but we were getting about 3/4 Wild Salmon which we can't keep on those trips.  The September Season is Non-Selective but now the Salmon seem to have disappeared.  It has been quite the roller coaster ride this year!

The good news is the Bottom Fishing and Crabbing have been super productive.  The Bottom Fish have been a fantastic variety and grade of Fish with the Crab being Rock Solid Dinner Plates!  The picture above is a nice size Vermillion Rockfish which are spectacular!

Outer Limits got an early limit of Rockfish, 3 Lingcod, and 90 Crab.

Kadaho got 4/5 of a limit of Rockfish and 79 Crab.
