Anglers report improved fall Brown and Lake Trout fishing as water temperatures cool. Crescent Lake is currently 20 percent full and access to the main boat launch at Crescent Lake campground remains limited by low water levels. Boaters will need to seek alternative low water launch locations at the campground, Tranquil Cove, or Crescent Lake Resort. One lake trout per day, 24-inch minimum length. Anglers can now keep 5 kokanee in addition to daily trout limit

Emigrant Reservoir: Emigrant Lake is 21 percent full
Fish Lake : Fish Lake is 42 percent full
Hyatt Lake: Hyatt is 71 percent full
Lost Creek Reservoir: Water surface temperature at Lost Creek is 64F
Willow Lake: Willow Lake is about half full
Alsea River: The Alsea wild coho retention will close for retention October 12. It will reopen October 25
Salmon River: There have been quite a few fish bump into the hatchery since we started getting the rains last week
Siletz River: Cutthroat will be distributed throughout the Siletz basin
Siuslaw River: Your best bet in the lower Siuslaw trolling
Yaquina River: Coastal Cutthroat will be distributed throughout the Yaquina basin
