If winds are light, the estuary can be a good place to target cutthroat. Anglers can also find cutthroat scattered throughout the river, but access is very limited. Please be mindful of out-migrating salmon and steelhead smolt. If you catch these young salmonids, consider switching to barbless hooks and/or moving to a new location.
