The Crooked continues to be stable at around 230cfs, and the fishing has actually been OK over the last week or so. The evening caddis hatch is fairly predictable, and besides, fishing a dry reduces the by-catch of non-target species (Whitefish). If you venture out here you should have some elbow room, at least until people realize that the trout fishing out here can still be pretty good It's not like it was in the good old days, but it's still better than work.
