Hello Fishermen, Don't be discouraged just because the Salmon aren't here in good numbers yet. The Smith River is a great fishery, but remember it takes rain and cooler water temperatures to bring in larger runs. We are expected to get some rain this week and that will greatly help add to the numbers that we are seeing now. Hang in their it won't be long. Randy

If this rain keeps up it looks like we will be off to a good season. Now is the time to book your fishing trip on the Smith for Steelhead fishing.
