Paul Bocher of Reedsport landed this hefty fall Chinook salmon while fishing the Chetco “Bubble” fishery in 2018. The ODFW is proposing a one-year temporary closure to the fishery in 2019 due to extremely low preseason forecasts of returning wild kings to the Chetco this fall.
