The flows on the Grande Ronde have been holding out for boating and fishing should be picking up with the golden stonefly hatch coming on strong. Look for fish in areas where flows are very slow like back eddies and river margins below structure. Bass fishing should pick up in the next few weeks as flows drop and the water temperatures begin to rise.
