Trout fishing continues to be good near the dam

Trout fishing continues to be good near the dam. The reservoir is very low at 29 percent. All boat ramps remain closed due to low water. The reservoir elevation is currently at 3,174 feet and the lowest boat ramp at Prineville Reservoir State Park requires a minimum of 3191 feet.
