Warmwater fishing for bass and panfish is still good on many warm water lakes in the Florence area. Things will start to slow down later in the fall when water temperatures cool down but September can still be very productive.

Grande Ronde River: Grande Ronde River opens for coho salmon harvest on Sept. 24
Thief Valley Reservoir: Fishing will likely be difficult at lower reservoir levels

North Umpqua River: Summer steelhead fishing will pick up with recent rains
