In an improvement over recent years, Phillips Reservoir is nearly ¾ full and continues to slowly fill. Almost 20,000 trout have been stocked this year and should provide a good angling opportunity. Follow this link to see the Bureau of Reclamation website listing current reservoir levels.

Remember that tiger musky and bull trout must be released unharmed.
