We have had a really confused ocean since Mother's Day resulting in only getting 1/2 to 3/4 of our Bottomfish.  The boats have been spinning in weird ways and the drift has been all over the place.  From a half knot drift to a 2.5 knot drift in a matter of a couple hours.  The swells and chop have been very tight causing our boats to rock significantly.  This usually results in jerking our lures right out of the fishes mouth before they can bite it for even the best of fisherfolks.  It's  been pretty tough but the forecast has the ocean calming for at least a couple of days.

We have a couple spots left on our Halibut Trip this Friday so come and get some big flatties.  Our Light Load Halibut Trips have produced some really good numbers so far.  Lots of Rockfish Lingcod and Blackcod have been coming in also.  Those Eleactric Reels reelly pay off!
