All in all it was a good day for the Tradewinds Fleet yesterday.  Most folks got Limits of some really nice size Rockfish and quite a few Lingcod hit the Table.  It was a more friendly ocean today which almost always means better fishing.  The picture above is a Giant Black Sea Bass.  We saw many like this one and is really good to see.  

Crabbing was so so with 1.5 to 2 per person but we're expecting those numbers to improve signifantly as the crab recover from the commercial season.  This is the time of year they start getting closer to our beaches also.

We were blown off today with a strong southerly in the area followed by a bigger swell tomorrow.  We will be back at it Wednesday with the forseeable forecast after that real nice.

We are full on our Halibut Trips this week but have space available starting next week.  Halibut have been good to us with the Electric Reels coming into play.
