Below Warmsprings Reservoir

Flows from the dam are now around 5cfs. Fishing has been good for trout up to 18" in and around the Riverside Wildlife Area. Nymphs and streamers are consistent producers and dry fly fishing can be good when the water is lower and clear in the fall.

Above Warmsprings Reservoir

Fishing for smallmouth between Drewsey and the reservoir could be a good option right now. Flows are now around 70 cfs. Fishing for Redband and Brook trout throughout the upper Malheur is also a good fall fishing option. All bull trout must be released unharmed.
