Agate Lake is 16 percent full and likely to start dropping in the coming weeks. There should still be rainbow trout available. Fishing crank baits and poppers can be a lot of fun for bass as the water starts to warm up through next week. Anglers are encouraged to harvest any carp or catfish caught at the reservoir and chicken liver is a good bait to target them.
