Fishing Condition, Techniques and Hatches: The recent drizzle and cooler temps provided some great action on dries. The Planter fishing on the McKenzie has been very, very good. Grey Drakes are starting to hatch around Blue River which in turn is going to get the big wild Rainbows looking up. The lower river for wild fish is getting better as well with the weather.

Comments: Patterns for the Mckenzie. Little Yellow Stones 14-16, Parachute Adams 12-16, Heavy Hackle Parachute Adams #8-14, Foam Top Parchute Madam X Yellow #10, Pale Morning Dun Sparke Dun #16, Yellow Elk Hair Caddis #14-16
