This urban lake has been stocked often of late with hatchery trout. It will be stocked this week with about 1,200 hatchery trout. Anglers may keep only one fish over 20-inches as part of their 5 trout bag limit.
Walter Wirth is a 20-acre lake located within the City of Salem’s Cascades Gateway Park with good access all the way around.
