Fall Chinook are available in the Necanicum basin. The Necanicum gets both a wild and hatchery Chinook run (both are legal to retain), and after last weekend’s high water event fish should be distributed throughout the fishery.

The Necanicum also gets one of the north coast’s earliest returning hatchery steelhead runs. It’s still a bit early for them, but there could be a few showing up.
