SNAKE RIVER below HELLS CANYON RESERVOIR: 

Salmon fishing is open from the boat ramp at Dug Bar upstream to the deadline below Hell’s Canyon Dam. The daily bag limit is four hatchery Chinook per day of which only one may be an adult hatchery Chinook salmon. Anglers must cease fishing once they have retained one adult hatchery Chinook or four hatchery jack salmon, whichever comes first. Barbless hooks required and a Columbia Basin Endorsement are required.
